Another FREE Old Navy item!!
I was thrilled to be selected for another Old Navy Sample Share as part of their Style Counsel through Crowdtap!
This time I decided to take Darlene since we both just had babies. It is always nice to have a few new pieces for the wardrobe after having a baby because last winter we were wearing maternity (not to mention that "things" never go back quite the same after having children).
So here are some pictures of our fun (and baby-less evening, thanks to the husbands and my parents). Dar ended up with the back striped dress and I ended up with the blue striped dress.
I am having some second thoughts about my pick after viewing these photos again.... hmmm. Such a hard decision with so many cute options and fun colors.

Video Monitor
I have been wanting a video monitor for some time now. I just ran across this giveaway on the Open Hands blog.
I really hope I win! I think watching the boys at bed time would be so entertaining. This particular monitor also offers a talk back feature so we could eliminate multiple trips up the stairs to answer all the little "emergencies" that occur at bedtime.

Woolite Sample Share
I had the opportunity to participate in a Woolite Sample. I got a sample for myself and 9 friends.
I had a harder time finding people to share the samples with because I found that many people were not familiar with Woolite.
I took the samples to church and gave them out and ended up educating almost everyone I gave a sample to as to how to use it. Some people said they thought it was only for wool and some asked when to put it in... as in in the washer or dryer. Most just asked what I use it for.
Since I just received my samples and therefore just gave them out, I haven't heard much feedback yet. I enjoyed using my sample for a load of swimsuits and bike clothing.
I HATE hand washing garments but I think using Woolite in combination with a delicate cycle is just as easy on my clothes as hand washing but gets them cleaner. Then I line dry. I really like the smell of Woolite too!
Pictures!
Things I like to use Woolite for: cashmere sweaters (especially my black one), black "dry clean only" dresses, delicates, jeans, and swimsuits.

McCormick Grill Mates/CG Cookout
We had a great time last night hosting a CG cookout featuring McCormick Grill Mates that I was lucky enough to get from Crowdtap!
The Molasses Bacon seemed to be the new favorite (as most of us already consider the Montreal Seasonings a long standing favorite).
Meats included beef (kabobs), chicken breast, turkey and beef burgers. We also had baked potatoes, coleslaw and dessert.
Here are some pictures from our time:
